Meet Hailey

I started cutting hair almost eight years ago, right out of high school. I wanted work that helped people feel confident in how they show up. I started the program late and got told I'd never make it. I finished early and went straight to work.

Hair is an art. I've been an artist my whole life. This is just a different medium. Every head is its own thing, every cut is its own conversation, and I take my time with the work.

When you sit in my chair, no judgment. Not for what you want, not for what you don't know yet, not for any of it. Just show up however you are. I genuinely care about the people who come through this door. That's the whole point.
