Who it's for
First-time clients of Hails End only. If you have been in the chair at Hails End before, this one has already passed you by.
Once, ever
One redemption per person, for life. It applies to the person in the chair, not the person paying. It cannot be split across two visits. Booking more than one person? Each first-time client's own services are half off, on their own ticket.
What it covers
50% off your entire bill for that visit, including any combination of services and add-ons. Not just one line item.
Tell us up front
The offer has to be claimed when you book or at the start of your appointment. It cannot be applied after service is finished or after payment.
Applied in person
Hailey applies the discount at the time of service. It will not appear in your Booksy total when you book.
Dates
Valid for appointments August 10 through October 4, 2026. Hails End may change, pause, or end this promotion at any time. Appointments already booked with the offer claimed will be honored.
The usual
Not combinable with other offers or discounts. No cash value and not redeemable for cash. Not valid on gift cards. Subject to availability. Standard booking policy applies, including 24 to 48 hours notice to cancel or reschedule and a card held on file. Gratuity is not included and is at your discretion. For clients under 18, a parent or guardian books and claims the offer. Void where prohibited.
